Why do you need a credit card to book an appointment?
We ask for a 24 hour cancellation notice to be given for any changes otherwise a fee will be applied. Since we do not double booked our appointments therefore we cannot fill the cancel or no-show slots last minute. We asked for a credit card to hold for this reason. You will not be charged at the time of booking and will only be charged if you failed to give us a 24 hours notice.
What if I don't have a credit card?
You can come in and put a cash deposit and we will in return give you a giftcard to use towards the day of your service.
Can I pay in cash instead of the cards?
Yes. Credit card is used only to hold the appointment and if you like to use cash or different types of cards the day of your service it is fine.
What is the service fee if I missed my appointment?
$25 for services between $30-$70
$50 for services $70 and up
$100 for any straightening or color correction services
