As we are getting ready to reopen and we like to inform you all what we have been doing in preparation for this reopening. Base on the new mandates and regulations in compliance with CDC, OSHA and NYC Department of Health, we have hired a professional cleaning company to deep clean our salon. We use Fog It Inc, a company that specializes in anti-viral EPA approved surface disinfectant spraying treatment for Covid-19. In addition, we have now put plastic covers over our product shelves, spacing decals on the floor for 6 feet apart. We have rearranged our stations to make sure we have at least 6-7 feet apart between stations. We also implement a new check list when you come in for your appointment.
Here is the check list for your reference when you come in for your appointment:
1.The door will be locked so please ring the bell first.
2.We will not accept any walk ins for either appointments or questions when we have clients in the salon. All appointments will be made via online first then phone but we will call you back if we are working on our clients. 3.Email us with questions is highly suggested or text 917-819-6806 ( this is a text line not a phone line).
4.All clients must wear a mask upon entering the salon
5.We will take your temperature with a temperature scanner gun to make sure you are within normal healthy temperature.
6.If your temperature is above normal, we will ask you to reschedule your appointment.
7.If you are accompanied by someone we will ask them to leave you at the entrance and meet you back when your service is completed.
8.No one will be sitting in the waiting area, so please come by yourself or have someone drop you off and pick you up.
9.During check out, we like to use the credit card on file to minimized any contacts during transactions but cash will still be accepted.
10.Please do not come earlier than your scheduled appointment since we won't be able to let you in when we still have clients in the salon or while cleaning up between clients ( which is at least 15 mins between clients).
11.We will have disposable capes to use for all clients except color clients where we always use fresh cleaned capes for each individual clients. It will be cleaned and washed every day.
12.Due to the new mandates there will be a new Covid-19 service charge of $10 to cover the cost of these new regulations. This is per visit not per service so if you have more than one service done than you will only be charged once.
